Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS) joined the ranks as a member organization.

August 27, 2020 - Ever since the shooting of Philando Castile, Carter has been trying to improve public interaction with law enforcement. She created the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS), which offers training and products for drivers that teach them how to safely handle police traffic stops.

 

In January 2019, the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS) held its first Police Use of Force Accountability Forum in Alexandria, VA. Our presenters were:
